Hey — I’m Martin Wroe. Entrepreneur. Business owner. Operator.

And above all? Human — with all the scars, screw-ups and breakthroughs that come with playing the Infinite Game.

I built Mind of a Maverick because I don’t do conventional.

I never have — and never will.

I’ve started, scaled, and sold businesses.

I’ve stayed up at 3AM wondering if it’s all about to collapse.

I’ve learned, the hard way, what happens when you’re the bottleneck in your own life.

Most people are happy to play by the rules — I’d rather write my own.

Being a Maverick means I’ll colour outside the lines if that’s where the real art is.

It means I don’t pretend to have it all figured out — but I do have the courage to keep figuring it out, and bring others along for the ride.

This isn’t about becoming Insta-famous or being some ‘guru’ in your feed.

This is my digital home — my mind, unfiltered — for the founders, misfits, and free-thinkers who want to build something bigger than themselves without selling their soul in the process.

So if you want to play small, follow the template, or do what everyone else does — I’m not your guy.

But if you want to break the survival trap, fix the chaos, and build a business you actually want to keep…

Strap in. This is gonna be one hell of a ride.

About me

Experience

I’ve spent over 20 years in the trenches of business —

from sweeping factory floors to sitting at the boardroom table.

I’ve run my own companies and worked inside one of the biggest corporations on this wild spinning rock. Varied? That’s an understatement.

These days, I run businesses with one thing in common:

Helping people become more than they thought they could be. Whether it’s building a company that actually works without chaos,or developing the mindset to play the Infinite Game —

My mission’s simple: I want to see you win.

That’s what gets me up in the morning, not the title, not the money — but being able to say:

“I helped them build that. I helped them fix that. I helped them do that.”

Sounds too good to be true? Good. Prove me wrong. I’m living proof that when you help people rise, they pull you up too.

That’s not corporate fluff — that’s the yin and yang of doing business the Maverick way.

Your win is my win.

That’s how I play.

Stay Maverick.

School Of Life

No fancy degree.

No letters after my name.

No permission slips from anyone.

I got my real education sweeping factory floors, running my own companies, and sitting in boardrooms where everything was on the line — mine included.

I’ve been broke, stuck, and burnt out — and I’ve built it all back again.

Call it School of Life.

I learned the only way that works — by screwing it up, fixing it, and helping others do the same.

Here’s what I know:

Most founders get trapped inside the thing they built.

They think growth will fix the chaos — it usually just makes it bigger.

If you don’t become The Operator — the one who fixes the mess and plays the Infinite Game — you burn out, stall out, or sell out for scraps.

I’m here to make sure that’s not you.

I don’t care about being famous — I care about building real, sustainable wins that give you back your freedom.

That’s what gets me out of bed.

That’s the work I do here.

If you want the truth, not just another podcast pep talk — you’re in the right place.

Welcome to Mind of a Maverick.

Strap in. Let’s fix the chaos and build something worth keeping.

No degrees. No excuses. School of Life. Stay Maverick.
